Almost 600 titles were published on 3 September, and apparently a lot more to come- which is causing problems for even the big bookstores to try & stock all of them. Obviously some of them have their eye on the Christmas market, but in the meantime, I feel it is our duty to read EVEN more and particularly support the less well known, non celebrity authors...!

In my opinion...

I loved the Hunting Party, so was very excited when I had the opportunity to review Lucy Foley’s latest novel.

In my opinion...

I’d heard lots of good things about this story and purposefully saved it until the Christmas period, as it seemed the right time to read it, during the build up to New Year.

It was certainly worth the wait!

This is a novel with a varied, and not necessarily likeable, cast of characters, forced into a situation where none of them can escape from each other.
